Specially designed asymmetric clamp applicator — compatible with all Shira 3-Jaw clamp sizes, including the 2VV and 2AA sizes that standard applicators cannot engage, and backwards-compatible with Acland clamps.

Why a standard applicator fails on 2VV/2AA sizes

The Shira 3-Jaw 2VV and 2AA clamps have a compact jaw spacing that prevents a standard symmetric applicator from fitting between the jaws. A standard applicator will slip or fail to engage, making clamp application inconsistent and potentially unsafe.
